ImpactA Global has brought in an ex- Development Partners International (DPI) executive to lead fundraising.
Clodagh Bourke has been named head of fundraising, joining from Aptimus Capital Partners where she was managing director and head of product management for almost two years, starting in 2022.
Bourke joined Aptimus Capital from Old Mutual Alternative Investments (OMAI) where she was head of client markets between 2020 and 2022. She initially joined OMAI as international client director, earlier in 2020.
Prior to this, she was director for alternative investments at Barings, between 2017 and 2020.
Bourke spent the bulk of her career at DPI where she was investor relations and marketing manager for almost a decade, from 2007 to 2017.
Meanwhile, ImpactA earlier in the year brought in Lindsey Bass as head of marketing and strategic partnerships.
The hires come after UK-based Legal & General Capital committed $100 million ImpactA Global, with the capital is understood to be going into its maiden fund.
The details of the vehicle have not been disclosed.
ImpactA Global set up by co-founding partners Isabella da Costa Mendes and Victoria Miles, ex-directors at JP Morgan.
